DIET

This is a sample diet that I follow on a daily basis. I change certain foods up every 1-2 weeks, so that my body doesn’t hit a plateau. I also make it more or less restrictive depending on my training goals, photo shoots or competition prep. Eating clean is the key and 80% of success in achieving a fit healthy, flawless physique. 

Meal 1

Half a cup of rolled oats, flax seeds, fresh berries, honey, touch of cinnamon

Chopped up assortment of veggies (cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, ¼ avocado)

Cup of coffee with almond milk and 1 tbsp MCT oil.

Meal 2

4 oz chicken or turkey

3 oz sweet potato fries (measure them when cooked)

10 asparagus spears

Meal 3

Cup of lentil or vegan posole soup, 1 large kale or mixed greens salad with cashew dressing

Meal 4

Cucumber ( or any veggie) slices with roasted red pepper hummus

Meal 5

Good seed “hempseed” burger, 1 slice of sesame ezekiel bread, pan roasted portobello mushrooms and brussels sprouts, side of sauerkraut (or any other fermented veggie). Cup of camomile tea.
